O.G. Riff is one of the top rappers/producers from the Kansas City, Mo area. He has performed with artists such as Ice Cube, Mack 10, Da Brat, E-40, Brotha Lynch Hung, O.G. Ron C, DJ Quik, RBL. He has done a lot of production for local artists and has achieved local success from being extremely versatile from writing for artists, to creating the clean, synth-heavy, thick bassline type production patterned from West Coast Style, and the gritty, swing heavy East Coast Style, on down to the basic, 808 Crunk Music from the South. O.G. Riff has been away from the scene for a while for personal reasons, from legal troubles to just being plain disgusted with the entire rap game, and actually contemplated leaving it for good.
