frais les sons... rho et putain du coup grâce à ton up je viens de percuter ça :

http://www.halfdeadorg.com

le site est ARCHI moche, lol, web 0.3 style, mdr, mais au moins ya des infos, dont les bios des membres et celle du groupe que voici :

Definitely still underground music to ride to; a complete return from the depths of time, The Half Dead Organization, a classic group, founded in the mid-nineties, takes a renewed surge up to date. The beginning of The Half Dead Organization started in the halls of Willowridge H.S. and the dorms of Prairie View A&M in 1993 and 1994. All members born in the Southern Region in the metropolitan of Houston, TX, started from ink and paper with hooks, 16’s and tracks producing a single demo of 4 songs that created a buzz in their neck of the woods. If you haven’t heard of them, then you’ve surely overlooked clandestine taste and heritage borne on the Texas rap scene. Fresh out of the “Show Me City” or simply “The Mo”, short for Missouri City, here stands an indigenous clique of street historians bounded by a sound that remains distinct and sought after. Meshing and jelling their differences and backgrounds over Smittyroe’s mesmerizing drum beats from the auditoriums and football stadiums of the past and coming out behind the likes of Street Military and alongside The Fakkulty set the city on fire!!!!!

The original 4 member cast was before their time with a 1996 self titled full length album released on a local independent label that ended with vague marketing but impressive results. Success in reaching listeners and gaining national recognition somehow continued to transpire from that point nonetheless. That first particular project, vigorous and energetic, exhibited a range of thoughtful views and artistically executed expressions for at the time, young juveniles. The song variety was cleverly aligned with choruses and verses that probed societal concerns and otherwise enlightened audiences on their livelihoods. Avid fans and supporters have since arrived through the information highway from as far as Germany and China requesting more from HDO! Joining forces, Smittyroe (lyricist/producer), Foe (spell binding flows/hooks), J.P. (vocabulary/philosophy) together formed a cohesive unit – HDO. They produced a single demo of 4 songs dispersed them hand to hand in their jurisdiction and created a buzz in the mid-nineties. While going from 1st, 2nd, to 3rd gear and on further to 4th gear by adding Wood (tongue twisting/versatility) made it a 4 man army, connecting both sides of Briargate, Ridgegate, and Hunters Glen III. With so much time that has passed since the release of the group’s self titled LP, one could easily write them off, but don’t be fooled, work has never stopped. Maturation has surely humbled them over the years as their creative rhyme and track recipe solidified itself into seasoned form. You won’t hear remnants of commercialized styles of music advocated heavily within their song texture due to the impressions they sustain from a explosive threshold. Each lyricist has his own true and tried way of delivering and executing content on song selections. Striking accords with not just their own generation of listeners but all ages sets up the opportunity for a major breakthrough. Witnessing little fanfare or spotlight, Smittyroe has spent countless hours on a learning curve to equip the team with an new ability to call their own shots in the studio by bringing recording and mixing into the fold. With 18 head bobbing, rhyme ready, original beats from The Morgue, (HDO’s recording studio) The Org. and Lock Jaw Corporation presents “Resurrected”, a reunion album accented with features from Lil Flea of Street Military, K-Rino of The SPC, B-1, Se7en, Yungstar, D-Black, Solo-D, Miss-B, “J” The Pioneer, World, Braudway, Jamonte Black, Robo from 4th Street, DJ Uhro, Skillz, Karl Marshall, Eric Hayes, and Adrieene Rowe compounding a powerful sequel. The Half Dead saga continues. Go ahead and cop it!!!!!
