Southern Type Soldiers/Ghetto Commission (New Orleans, LA)

Ghetto Commission formerly of No Limit records at one point went under the stage name Southern Type Soldiers. They performed on Skull Duggery's first album and Down South Hustla Makin' Moves with this name. I've heard they dropped a full album under this name, pre-No Limit.
Anybody got any info on this?
These guys are one of my favorite groups.
