Baby Ray - Now What EP (1997, Oakland, CA)

Baby Ray's debut, "Now What?" featured the undaground single, "Ain't Nothin' Like The Town" which the Source Magazine (May 2000) called a certified Oakland classic.
The Music video for "Ain't Nothin' Like The Town" was in a high rotation on The Box Music (Now MTV2) for seven months.

The song N.I.G.G.A was inspired by the Tupac quote that the acronym stands for Never Ignorant Gettin' Goals Accomplished. Baby Ray took the message and created the street anthem with its infectious reggae groove.

Je remonte ce topic pour dire que oui, cet EP défonce tout. 6 tracks ok, mais v'là les 6 bombes. Du lent, du son + g-funk, vraiment du bon. "Aint Nothin' Like The Town" si je dois en sortir une en particulier, mais les 6 sont très homogène dans le très bon

La 1 Solo On A bLunt est bien la 2 où il dédicasse toute la bay est une bomb 100% oakland shit ! Dailleur ce single avait tout défoncé à l'époque de sa sorti dans la bay.
