The Game a écrit:“I feel great about this album,” he said recently after going over tracks at Dr. Dre’s house. “It’s back full-force Aftermath and I’m conjoined with Star Trak.” (Pharrell Williams is one of the LP’s executive producers.) “I got this colorful movement over here where it’s beautiful music on this side [with Star Trak] — then when I need to go dark or super grown and sexy, I got Dre over here. The combination is crazy — mixed in with a Cool & Dre track and RZA track and all the sh– I been doing. The only person I’m upset I didn’t work with on this album is DJ Premier. I feel his sh– would have been perfect for this all-star producer cast that I have. One Premier track would have did me just fine. I would have murdered that sh–. But we ain’t get it in, ’cause he was doing a whole bunch of sh– for Christina Aguilera. I’m just Game. So I gotta just wait for the next album.”

Game "The R.E.D. Album" Drops June 15!
It’s almost Game time. After a few setbacks, Game’s album finally has a new release date.
The Compton MC’s fourth LP The R.E.D. Album is scheduled to drop June 15. A video for the Cool & Dre-produced “Shake” was shot earlier this year at several locations, including Dr. Dre’s mansion and Travis Barker’s studio.
In an interview with Rap-Up.com in December, Game shared that he has been recording with Dr. Dre, Timbaland, and Pharrell, who produced a track featuring Justin Timberlake. “I never thought in my life that I would ever work with Justin,” said Game, “and then for it to turn out and be as catastrophic as it was was amazing.”
Game will face competition from Drake, whose debut album Thank Me Later is also set for release on the same date.
The release date (June 15th) was revealed a few days ago but here goes a little more information on what to expect. First Pharrell speaks on executive producing the album. The first sounds we’ll hear is a “street anthem” produced by Pharrell entitled It Must Be. Followed by a Justin Timberlake assisted joint entitled Ain’t No Doubt About it.Pharrell Williams a écrit:Game is good kid…and I’m excited for the world to hear the many facets of his character…what’s even crazier is that as a fan, I cannot believe I am actually producing songs on the same album as Dr.Dre. Humbling, man…
Game chops it up with Rap-Up about his upcoming mixtape (hosted by DJ Skee), working with Dr. Dre & Pharrell on The R.E.D. Album, collaborating with Justin Timberlake and his thoughts on dropping the same day as Drake (June 15th).
Game talks about Shyne’s new music, Nicki Minaj, working with Ashanti and a possible collab between him, Dre, Cube and Snoop Dogg. He also spoke with AllHipHop about the Old West vs New West debate.
